Dr. David L. Heiber is a passionate educational keynote speaker delivering powerful speeches that inspire and motivate the audience. He provides strategies and tips that can be applied to life immediately. David has presented to and worked with schools, universities and organizations across the nation.

With David’s humorous and down-to-earth style, he’s able to connect with any audience. However, David’s passion is working with young people, specifically African American and Latino males.

His journey to success has been non-traditional in every sense. David uses his personal story of grief, poverty, incarceration, and redemption as a means to connect with students and challenge them to recognize their potential, honor their promise, and fulfill their purpose.

In addition to speaking engagements, David is the founder of Concentric Educational Solutions, a Washington, D.C. based non-profit organization that provides student support services.  As the founder of Concentric, David has collaborated and consulted with over 100 schools across 20 states.

David graduated from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania with a triple major in History, Black Studies, and Education. He went on to receive his Master of Arts in African American Studies from Temple University and his Doctorate of Education in Urban Education from Morgan State University.

While attending Lincoln University, David pledged as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.  He was drawn to the Kappa Alpha Psi motto, achievement in every field of human endeavor. After graduation David learned how to truly incorporate the principles of achievement into his life.

David’s greatest achievement in life is his family. He is a father of three wonderful children and a husband to Shantell Heiber. His family is truly the purpose of his life.

David enjoys reading, watching sports and working out.
